Voice Recorder Dictate is a simple voice recorder application for dictation. It supports insert and overwrite functions during dictation. Voice Recorder Dictate saves files in .wav format. Files can be stored or delivered through FTP, Email or through a web browser. Voice Recorder Dictate can be used to record and playback short notes or long dictations.
